SHIPPING INFO AND DISCLAIMERS
Packages will be sent in bulk so please allow time to ship. ALL RETURNED PACKAGES WILL BE REFUNDED OR WILL NEED TO WAIT UNTIL END OF MAY TO BE SENT OUT AGAIN. (because im at school)
- Packages come with standard shipping and tracking.
- I will be shipping from the US using USPS. Currently, I will not be shipping to locations listed here. Orders to these locations will be refunded.
- Im not responsible for the packages once it leaves my hands, including lost, damaged, or unclaimed packages. You can DM me to ask me to help send a missing package claim but if it is fully lost, I cannot do anything.
TAXES/CUSTOMS
The shipping cost covers for; the shipping rate from the post office and materials used for packaging, it DOES NOT cover additional customs charges that may apply depending on your country. Please keep this in mind before ordering, as I won't be paying for additional charges.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If the package reaches me back then I'm able to offer either; to resend your package, as long as you're willing to cover the shipping cost, or issue a refund for the items (shipping fee excluded). Please note this offer stands only if you reply within 1 month after the first notification mail with the offering has been sent. After that period of time has passed I won't be held responsible to issue neither of them anymore.
*Returned packages can take more than 1 month to reach back to me so please keep that in mind.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please contact me for any damaged products with photos and order number upon the packages arrival. Since the package is out of my care once it is handed to the postal office, I cannot guarentee that everything arrives in perfect condition.
