SHIPPING INFO AND DISCLAIMERS
Packages will be sent in bulk so please allow time to ship. ALL RETURNED PACKAGES WILL BE REFUNDED OR WILL HAVE A WAIT UNTIL I AM FREE TO MANAGE IT (cuz i will be in school)
- Packages come with standard shipping and tracking.
- I will be shipping from the US using USPS. Currently, I will not be shipping to locations listed here. Orders to these locations will be refunded.
- Im not responsible for the packages once it leaves my hands, including lost, damaged, or unclaimed packages. You can DM me to ask me to help send a missing package claim but if it is fully lost, I cannot do anything. I WILL NOT refund your order if it is fully lost UNLESS I have made an address mistake or any on my end.
TAXES/CUSTOMS
The shipping cost covers for; the shipping rate from the post office and materials used for packaging, it DOES NOT cover additional customs charges that may apply depending on your country. Please keep this in mind before ordering, as I won't be paying for additional charges.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If the package reaches me back then I'm able to offer either; to resend your package, as long as you're willing to cover the shipping cost, or issue a refund for the items (shipping fee excluded). Please note this offer stands only if you reply within 1 month after the first notification mail with the offering has been sent. After that period of time has passed I won't be held responsible to issue neither of them anymore.
*Returned packages can take more than 1 month to reach back to me so please keep that in mind.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
I do not offer refunds on packages that have been damaged. Unless a product I shipped to you was defective from the start, i will not offer any refunds. This is because the process taken by the postal office is completely out of my hands. I will do my best to package your order as safe as I can.
